SECONDARY OPPORTUNITIES

  • Upper Rogue Center for Educational Opportunities (URCEO) serves as the alternative placement for EPSD9 students who are expelled or are on track to expulsion. Students attending these URCEO programs are on a specific track guiding them to the goal of graduation. The small group environment provides students with a personalized program they need to stay on track or to retrieve needed credits.

    OUR PROGRAMS

    Diploma Track

Students on the Diploma Track are completing courses to earn credits toward a high school diploma. This program requires students to meet all graduation requirements as outlined by the Oregon Department of Education.
Students may need extra support such as extended time, alternative hours, etc. Generally, students who are enrolled in this program have been referred by a team at Eagle Point High School. Once students are on track they can be transferred back to their home school.

    GED Track

Students working toward a GED are studying and preparing for assessments in four subject areas: Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies. Students utilize an online prep program and work with teachers as needed with additional content support in order to demonstrate their knowledge and skills in each subject area.
