Words from White Mountain Middle School:

Mrs. Ghefli
Our Teacher Recognition award goes to Mrs. Ghefli. She has been with us at White Mountain for the past three years as a Language Arts educator. Mrs. Ghefli is a team player and consistently goes the extra mile for her students. She is a respected leader within our school community, admired by both staff and students. As a member of our guiding coalition for Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), she plays a crucial role in advancing our academic goals. Additionally, she collaborates diligently with her eighth-grade Leadership students to plan and organize school activities and assemblies. Thank you, Mrs. Ghefli, for all you do for our students and our school community!

Mr. Young
Mr. Young has been with White Mountain for three years, serving as an Instructional Assistant in our MAPS program for the last two. He is an exemplary individual known for his strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in supporting our students. Mr. Young consistently demonstrates the utmost respect for everyone at White Mountain Middle School. Above all, he is known for his polite demeanor and level-headedness. The MAPS program would not operate at the same level without Mr. Young's contributions. He has made a significant and positive impact on the students in MAPS and throughout White Mountain.

Lucien Wells
Lucien Wells is a thoughtful and determined student whose quiet strength comes from his persistence. Although he is soft-spoken, he approaches every challenge with patience, focus, and resilience. As a result, he consistently produces high-quality work in all subjects. His steady effort and calm demeanor make him a reliable and positive presence in the classroom. We are proud to have him as a student!

Ruby Van Zandt
Ruby Van Zandt is an outstanding student. Regardless of the class or who she is with, she is always ready to engage in her learning. Her curiosity, dedication, and leadership during classroom discussions set her apart from her peers. She consistently comes prepared and is eager to learn. Not only does she excel academically, but she also uplifts her classmates with kindness and support. Her work consistently demonstrates thoughtfulness and depth, making her a standout in the classroom. Congratulations, you make WMMS proud!
