EPSD9/EPEA Bargaining Information

Bargaining Update 4/30/26: The District and the Association met on April 30 for continued bargaining, with both sides presenting and discussing multiple contract articles. The District presented Articles 7, 8, 14, and 28.  Progress was made on several items, including a Tentative Agreement on Article 10. The District remains committed to bargaining in good faith and looks forward to continued talks with the Association.
