EPSD9/EPEA Bargaining Information

(2/2/26) The District has provided formal notice to initiate successor collective bargaining with the Eagle Point Education Association / SOBC. The current agreement remains in effect through June 30, 2026. Consistent with Article 1.B of the contract, the Board and the Council will make every effort to conclude negotiations by April 1. The District looks forward to a thorough, expedient, and good-faith bargaining process that reflects our shared commitment to supporting our dedicated staff and ensuring strong outcomes for Eagle Point School District 9 students.
