EPSD9/EPEA Bargaining Information

Bargaining Update 7/30/26: On July 30, the District and the Association continued contract bargaining discussions on multiple contract articles, including Articles 2, 5, 7, 8, 11, 12, and 14. The parties exchanged proposals and engaged in detailed conversations. The District and EPEA reached a Tentative Agreement (TA) on Article 27.  Both parties identified areas where additional discussion is needed and committed to bringing responses and revised proposals to the next bargaining session, scheduled for August 20.
