
The Maintenance Department is responsible for planning, maintaining, and operating a wide range of campus services, in support of Eagle Point School District # 9 Board Policies, Procedures and Mission Statement. These services include:

Obtain a Certificate of Liability Insurance (Click here for Insurance Requirements)

Present Facility Use form and Insurance documents to the site of choice directly for administrative/principal approval of your request

Fire and Disaster Drill Process:
- Each school is required to schedule and conduct a minimum of one FIRE EXIT DRILL each month and one DISASTER DRILL every other month during the school year (consisting of two "Safety Threat" and two "Earthquake" drills)
- Maintain a copy of the completed form at the school site
- Fax or email scanned copy of the signed form to Angie Hamilton at the Maintenance Office (fax 830-6375 or email hamiltona@eaglepnt.k12.or.us)
