Eagle Point School District 9 uses BoardBook as our web-based program to assist in the preparation and dissemination of board meeting materials. Please click here to view upcoming meeting information as well as previous meeting agendas, minutes, and audio recordings.
Regular Meetings
Regular Meetings of the Eagle Point School District 9 Board of Directors are typically held on the 4th Wednesday of every month. Meetings are held in the boardroom at the District Office, 11 N. Royal, Eagle Point, Oregon, beginning at 5:30 p.m.
Work Sessions
Work Sessions, which are held in order to provide Board members with opportunities for planning and thoughtful discussion, will typically be held at 8:30 a.m. on the 2nd Friday of every month.

Public Comment
Public comment is limited to three minutes with a maximum of thirty minutes for public forum Board Policy BDDH-AR.
Public comments will also be accepted via email until 8:00 a.m. on the day of the School Board Meeting. Comments should be sent to fennerl@eaglepnt.k12.or.us. Please use the subject line "Public Comment." Any public comment received must include first and last name and residential address in order to be added to the record of the meeting.
