Two Way Immersion Application 24-25 

This form serves the purpose of identifying students whose parents are interested in enrolling in Table Rock Elementary's Two Way Immersion (dual language) Program. In order to ensure that all applicants are considered, parents/legal guardians must fill out this application. Students will be added as space is available.  This application is for incoming kindergarten students and students who are transferring from another dual language program.
