Maintenance Department

The Team

The Maintenance Department is responsible for planning, maintaining, and operating a wide range of campus services, in support of Jackson County School District # 9 Board Policies, Procedures and Mission Statement.  These services include:

  • Maintenance and Grounds

  • Public Use of Buildings

  • Staff, Student, and Public Safety

Healthy and Safe Schools Plan

Building Use Process:

  • Obtain a Certificate of Liability Insurance (Click here for Insurance Requirements)
  • Present Facility Use form and Insurance documents to the site of choice directly for administrative/principal approval of your request

Fire and Disaster Drill Process:

  • Each school is required to schedule and conduct a minimum of one FIRE EXIT DRILL each month and one DISASTER DRILL every other month during the school year (consisting of two "Safety Threat" and two "Earth Quake" drills)
  • Maintain a copy of the completed form at the school site
  • Fax or email scanned copy of the signed form to Misty Burcham at the District Office (fax 830-6550 or email burchamm@eaglepnt.k12.or.us
